Just heard about this message board in the airport at Long Beach. Heading to Chicago for 3 day work trip. Tonight only night to hang because all work nights be be late nights. We arrive tonight at 10 at O'Hare. Where can we go for late food and wine!?

Hi, lipper66 - can you give us some specifics - e.g. are you going to be near the airport, or are you going to a hotel somewhere?

If location isn't an issue for you, I'll direct you to this thread on 24-hour Korean that recommends GNR San Soo Gab San. Can't help you with drinks, sorry - but maybe someone more hip than me will chime in...

Avec, open till 1: wine bar/small plates. Communal tables, no reservations.

The current menu is posted on their website:

It's at 615 W Randolph St, a short cab ride from the Loop or North Michigan Ave hotels.

I reccomend Avec, more info can be found here. It's open late and most likely will be busy when you arrive.

If your flight arrives at 10 pm., you probably won't get into the central area until nearly 12 pm. The Drawing Room(La Passage) is a night club located at 937 N. Rush Street. They serve until 4 am according to metromix. They also recieved good reviews for their food. This area is usually busy at night (lots of tourist) so their will probably be other options in the immediate vicinity.
