    Hi,

I was driving toward Mitsuwa when Pierogi Place caught my eye. I had only been to Mitsuwa a few days before, so a change in pace was in order.

Pierogi Place is an effort to make Polish food fast. To provide that, they offer their array of pierogis either boiled or fried. Unfortunately for me, this means their pierogi are not pan fried, but deep fried. On this occasion I tried a mixed batch of pierogi with one of every filling. These pierogi were clearly not machine made, the fillings were flavorful and next time I simply order them boiled.

Another plus was their soup of the day: pickle soup. I love pickle soup. Unless I make it myself or go to Reflections on Deep Lake, I now have a second source at Pierogi Place.

Not destination dining, though worth a visit when in the area.

I was by myself without anyone to share some. I will certainly take your advice next time.
