If this needs to be moved to another Coopers Hawk thread feel free, I didn see one.

Had lunch at the Burr Ridge, IL. Coopers Hawk. Im not a wine drinker, and couldnt have any tequila and beer with my meal being at lunchtime.

Nice location at the new Burr Ridge Commons off County Line Road and I-55. Parking is scarce in the spots out front, but there is a parking garage. The space is very nice, and roomy, with a bar area where I sat.

I went for a cup of crab, and lobster bisque which was pretty good, not on the level of the stone crab bisque @ Joe's Stone Crab in the city, but few soups are on that level. Lots of chunks of crab and lobster as well as carrots, and celery in the rich broth. I could have eaten a bowl. With it being lunch I went for a Cheeseburger with cheddar cheese. They serve the burger with lettuce, tomato, red onions, and onion strings. Burger came out perfect medium rare. The meat was a little flavorless, nothing that a little salt couldnt fix, just a decent burger served wit run of the mill fries.

I will be going back, the bisque alone will get me back there.

I believe there is another Cooper's Hawk thread on the original restaurant in Tinley Park.
