I am considering having a large party catered by Lao Sze Chuan and was wondering if anyone has had any experience in how well the food travels and holds up over time. I love the Tony's 3-Chili Chicken, Crispy Eggplant and Mayonnaise Shrimp but fear that dishes like that won't taste the same hours after cooking. Has anyone had any experience with this? Any guidance anyone may have would be appreciated.

The mayonaise shrimp don't hold up particularly well over 30 minutes at a table at the restaurant. So, I would think that for a catered meal, they wouldn't be a good choice. Like the shrimp, Tony's Chili Chicken is best when hot.

I would recommend going with some dishes (like the Szechuan Beef) that may hold up better.
