MANTOU NOODLE BAR

I tried to do a site search before posting and could not find anything about this place. thought it closed a few weeks after opening because the Chef/owner walked out. I just got around to reading my January issue of Chicago Magazine and saw that it was on the January "hot list." I tried to call the number listed, but it was disconnected. Anyone have more information on this? is it still closed? was it scheduled to appear on the hot list before it closed or something? is it still scheduled to reopen? Should this post be in the opening, closing...post?
