Gastropub that takes reservations on Friday night at 8?

Post #1 - February 10th, 2009, 4:30 pmDoes such a place exist? Piece I think doesn't take them after 7, dunno about Hopleaf, and IIRC Kuma's doesn't have seating for a group of that size?
Am I better served by looking for a lively restaurant? We're a college-aged crowd.
Any help is much appreciated ...
edit: Group is 8-12 people.

Great beer and cocktail list, good food for sharing as well (CHICKEN LIVERS).
Also gotta second the dessert, the souffle is outstanding.
