    Just an update;
    Chuck posted his MENU for the day, and it looks great. Especially "**Mardi Gras sampler platter—we start you out with our soup shots (crteam of poblano, red beans and rice, and chicken potato chowder) then a small fried shrimp remoulade salad, then the main course a sampler plate with penne magnifique, seafood jambalaya, filet mignon w/ bordelaise sauce, and baked mac and cheese. This sampler was incredible last year, it will have you whistling jazz tunes the rest of the week! . . . .$17.95 This platter may change for dinner Call for details!! " Way to go, Chuck!

    Thanks for all the suggestions. We ended up having a little Fat Tuesday party at the house.Ordered some muffaletta rolls from la briola.Went to Capputo's for coppicola,mortidella,genoa salami,mozzarella,provolone and muffaletta mix.Made red beans and rice,cheese grits,Cajun Barbecue shrimp and bread pudding.We all got a little fatter on Tuesday.Oh,picked up a few paczki as well.Didn't forget the beads either.
    Thanks again,PaulnHolly
