Does anybody remember Deli on Dearborn? It was a great little place on Dearborn (as the name might suggest) in Printers Row that was open in the late '80s/early '90s. They had a fantastic Smoked Turkey Sandwich with Cranberry Mayo on Marble Rye which I miss to this day. They also had a Bacon wrapped Meat Loaf that was out of this world. The restaurant was in the front of their catering company which I believe was called "Fish out of Water". The wait staff verged from hyper-friendly to downright surly but they were craftsmen. With the passion that went into the product they generated and the volume of customers they had, I find it hard to believe that they would have left the business completely. I've done a cursory web search, but to no avail. If you're out there somewhere, I miss you, and I'll travel anywhere in the contiguous forty-eight states for that sandwich!!!

Yes whatever happened to it. I loved the meatloaf sandwiches. I've often wondered that.
