Sorry, I am terrible at pairing wine with complex food the likes of Bon Soiree. Does anybody have any recommendations (red/white/sparkling/dessert) to pair with this menu? I have a great California Zinfandel & a Calif Petite Syrah I've been saving but think those might be too overpowering, am I right?
