My husband and I have eaten here twice in 2010. We ended up there the first time because we wanted to go out to eat somewhere that we hadn't been before, and I saw it pop up on OpenTable, and the Yelp reviews were pretty positive.
Both times we've been there for dinner. They have a nice assortment of meaty and vegetarian dishes. I had the Niman Ranch short ribs the first time, and the squash ravioli the second. My husband had a white tuna entree the first time off the specials list, and the burger the second visit. Both times we were happy with the food and the service, and it's priced right. Also, parking is easy in the free LaGrange parking garage.
We did have one funny snafu the second time. First time, we got two desserts: the mini waffles with caramel apples, and the banana bread pudding. The apple/waffles were fine, but the bread pudding was great. The second time we brought a friend, and entirely recommended the bread pudding to him. It came out, we all took a bite...and looked at each other very strangely. Commented on how salty and vegetal it tasted, and not sweet or banana-ish at all. In fact, surprisingly like Thanksgiving stuffing. We mentioned it to our waiter, he gladly took them away, and came back a few minutes later, with fresh plates. Turns out they make a savory side dish for their pork, that's made in the same tins as the bread pudding, and they had gotten mixed up in the kitchen! Second attempt was just as delicious as expected, and they did comp the desserts.
Overall, a nice place to eat, good food, reasonable pricing.
