Paisans Pizza - Brookfield

I had some takeout from Paisans. I like their version of tomato sauce which is on the sweeter side. Good italian beef pizza and I could eat the sauce all day long. Would order from here again.

Yeah, it's all about the sauce. How sweet it is, the sauce is still calling out to me in my dreams a week later. The sauce is definitely different from what I've had and memorable. I'd call it crack sauce because it's so addictive(disclaimer:only if you like sweet sauce), buy a bucketful, and bathe in it. My pizza was pretty darn good too. I'd put it in my top twenty for pizza because of the sauce. I think it was sicilian style. Crust was nice, not too thick or thin and not greasy and oily.

I like their pizza too, but the Paisan's in Cicero is lousy.

Go to the one in Brookfield! It's not that far from Houbytown. Maybe we got lucky, who knows?
