Thai Spice - Edgewater

My husband and I had a wonderful meal last night at Thai Spice in Edgewater. Metromix says, "Austrian-born owner Anthony Hubich went to university with the intention of opening a hot dog stand in Lincoln Park. Instead, he met his wife and now-chef Vatsana who turned him on to Thai cuisine as a healthier and more unique option. Their partnership has been delighting north side and Loyola diners for over a decade." I have to say that this is some of the best Thai food I have ever had. Their Pad Se Ew (sp) was incredible! The noodles were a perfect combination of crispy and chewy! They added delicious chineese broccoli to the dish that added a very special touch! The pad thai was some of the best I have ever tasted. I took some pics and will post more later with descriptions! The price point was a little higher than other Thai restaurants, but the portions were huge and it is BYOB!
