After the Matinee...

My wife and I are in town for a week and are going to a matinee performance of Million Dollar Quartet Wednesday afternoon at the Apollo Theater (2500 N Lincoln). I assume the performance will get out around 4:30.

We are looking for something to do to "kill" a couple of hours after the theater and then for a place to eat. Maybe a nearby neighborhood that has interesting antique shops or galleries, and a fun restaurant to top it all off. Cost and exact location aren't too important (we have a car), or is type of food. What would you do in our situation? Thanks.

Using the search function, type 60614 (that's the zip code of the Apollo) you'll find all sorts of nearby restaurant information. In addition, the immediate neighborhood around the theater is nice to kill some time.
