Mandarin Kitchen grand (re) opening

Looks like Mandarin Kitchen (Archer Ave., next to Phoenix Dumpling House) has reopened. I wonder if they'll have that same great dry fried chicken dish with the chilies?

In looking at their menu the other day (posted on their door), it looks like they have decided to change their focus from szechuan style food to american chinese.
