Suggestions for Wed dinner, now that Mado is closed

Looking for a place for four adventurous diners to go out to dinner on Wed night.

Mado was my favorite place. I also love Cafe Duchamp. Looking for about the same size restauarant, something with good food. BYOB or not, doesn't matter.

We have a car, so can drive somewhere, and one of our party is a fish-eating vegetarian. Coming from downtown after work.

Thoughts?? Suggestions??

Nightwood? Maybe ultimately not that adventurous, but pretty great, and for some reason similar to my mind.

Ohhh, good ones for both of you! Big Jones is probably my number-three favorite, and have never been to Nightwood.

You could also try The Bristol. They don't take reservations, but the wait probably won't be bad (if there is one) on a Wednesday night.
