Hot Giardineira pizza is amazing too if you've never tried it.
Back when I lived across the street I used to regularly order a thin crust from Pizano's with giardineira and sausage (made in house to my knowledge). Spectacular.
Good stuff on hot dogs too, although I'm a bigger fan on italian sausages or brats. You can pretty easily replace the sport peppers with giardineira on a chicago dog if you ask me, I think it tastes better.
