Mother's Day Brunch-ish suggestions?

Any ideas for not too pricey Mother's Day options with good food (and maybe a bloody mary bar for THIS mom) around noon-12:30 for 11 people? One sib branch is doing dim sum with the inlaws earlier in the day, other sib branch is doing early brunch at some aunt's house earlier in the day, my sib branch (ME!!) actually wants something delicious and outside the routine buffet type places. We have a baby cousin birthday party to head to late afternoon so don't want to start later than 12:30 or so.

City? Suburbs? How much is "not too pricey?"

Northern burbs, under $20/pp, just re-read original and realized how much I missed. We've got some picky teens and need to be in Libertyville later in the day so don't want to drive all around.
