(Exclusively) Weekday Lunch Specials

I'm taking Friday off and have the rare opportunity to go wherever for however long for lunch. What are some great places to go for lunch that have something special available only during (weekday) lunch? In the past I've gone to Big Jones' Boarding House Lunch and Hot Doug's (I know it's open Saturday but the lines are much nicer during the week). Thanks!

Fridays are a great day to eat at Roma's, because they offer a Peppers & Egg sandwich to which you can add a link of sausage.

Rosebud Trattoria on the corner of Dearborn/Illinois has a Friday burger lunch special for $5, including fries. You do need to order a drink with it. I usually add cheddar and bacon for another $1 upcharge apiece. I think it is an excellent burger, and the best food value in Chicago not named Old-Fashioned Donut Apple Fritter.
