Looking for a new Dim Sum Restaurant for the weekday

I am going to be taking about 35 people to Chinatown and I need to find a new Dim Sum restaurant. We used to go to Happy Chef but now that they are closed, I'm beginning to run out of options. Should I try Phoenix or is there another place that you would recommend for a Monday and Tuesday seating? Happy Chef was nice because the students got a flavor for an authentic Chinese restaurant - is there another place that I should consider for a 10 AM Dim Sum experience that would have a similar ambiance?

Also took my brother & a bud for lunch when they were in town for bluesfest.

Since the closing of Shui Wah, I've been twice to Triple Crown for dim sum and enjoyed it a lot. I've only scratched the surface of the menu, but the food has been solid and the service very good. The servers place Sriracha on the table, but if you ask, they have a delicious chili oil.

I'm anxious to explore the noodles listed on the menu

I agree with Sweet Willie, Ming Hin has almost filled the void that Happy Chef and Shui Wah used to provide for me. The surroundings are luxurious compared to what the other two provided and the food and service has been solid if not outstanding. I fear compared to SF or NY Dim Sum we don't quite have a competitive restaurant....

You can also try Cai. I slightly prefer it to Phoenix and Triple Crown, but both of the latter are acceptable.
