    Hi,

You must have heard Gary Wiviott of Barn and Company, which has an all-you-can-eat rib night on Thursdays. You need to call in advance, because the ribs vary from week to week. It may be beef ribs, though they have had lamb ribs to. This may be in addition to pork ribs.

Meanwhile I am sure Gary or some else will chime in the more specific information on the ribs.

    Regards,
    Cathy2

The Sweet Baby Rays location in Elk Grove has all you can eat ribs every Wednesday night, but they are not beef ribs.

That was me and Jared Leonard. Jared owns Rub BBQ and I am the Pitmaster of Barn & Company, the contest we were talking about is the Windy City BBQ Classic being held August 31/September 1st 2013. (Last years web site is sill up, the 2013 site will go up in a week or two)

Every Thursday Barn & Company has all you can eat baby back ribs, $14.95 with crispy fries, and we alternate, in addition to pork ribs, all you can eat beef ribs or lamb ribs. This coming Thursday is beef ribs.

Thanks Gary. I was laying in bed listening to WGN 720 and heard you both. I have been dreaming about the beef and lamb ribs since. I won't be able to stop by for the ribs on a Thursday until August but were coming in for a few short weekends for a Blackhawk game and will try to drop by your restaurant. Thanks
