Big Twist, Evanston IL?

I noticed the space on Howard Street (east of California/Dodge) in Evanston directly across the street from Gulliver's Pizza is occupied by a restaurant called "Big Twist."

I can't find a website or anything substantive about it via a google search.

Does anyone know anything about this place?
