Sherry bars/restaurants?

Other than Vera.

I'm looking for a place to take my girlfriend, who is a huge sherry fan. We've been to Vera, which was obviously lovely, but I've been looking for other tapas places - or anywhere - with a major sherry menu and I'm coming up short. Surely Vera's not all alone? If anybody knows a place in the city, that'd be wonderful, but I'd be willing to drive a bit, too.
