Husky Hog somehow didn't persist long enough as a bricks & mortar operation to generate an LTH thread, though there have been several positive mentions of the 'cue, staff, and neat-as-a-pin storefront and food truck, which earn uncommonly good ratings elsewhere online.

I always enjoyed the food truck and the grub and prices and quality have been just fine for me at the shop; I like the pork (particularly the rib meat) best, and the brisket and chicken are tasty if straying lean. A good amount of smoke gets into everything and the banana pudding is excellent (like Honky Tonk's). Get there while you can.
