As long as I'm here, also stiopped into the recently-opened City's Edge bar in Edgebrook. Replaced Moher, which was in steady decline. It's a sports-bar with house made barbecue. Bar part was fine, decent selection of beers (nowhere near as extensive as the somewhat-nearby Garage) and bar food. Perhaps I was a little too reliant on brisket (ordered brisket app and entree) but it proved to be a disappointment. The brisket egg rolls looked promising but had too high a wrapper-to-filling ratio. The problem is that they made them into mini rolls rather than a full-size one cut into sections. All I tasted was wrapper. For my entry I got brisket tacos which featured more brisket but it was disappointingly dry. My lunch partner had a burger that he deemed "fine." Maybe an off day and definitely too limited a selection to make any real judgment but I'll happily drive another 20 minutes to Rub for a far superior brisket experience.
