Post #7 - February 10th, 2018, 3:53 pmSilver Seafood does a quality Peking duck, but the meal is different. Instead of bao, they do the more typical pancakes, and they roll them for you. The remaining meat it made into a delicious stir fry. You're not going to top Sun Wah but it is definitely worth your time.

We had it last week! Nothing like the duck at Sun Wah, it’s roasted and served with red cabbage, duck fat spaetzle and bacon with a delicious Bigarade sauce. Thé skin is crispy and it’s very flavorful.

My friends tell me that Phoenix has been crushing their duck service lately but that it can be erratic. Still, when it's on, it's truly on . . . and fairly analagous to SW's.

You can actually specify the rice or the noodles when you order the duck dinner feast. If you are in a situation where more than one duck dinner is ordered, they will balance out each rice order with a noodle order.
