On average, I go about once a week. I've only been disappointed twice, a vegetarian chili that was, frankly speaking, ghastly, and a steak special that was overpowered by onions. Other than that, I think they do an outstanding job.
I will say, that it does get a bit crazy during the lunch rush. One uncertain diner (damn Oprah guests...lol), confronted with the myriad of choices presented, can hold up the line...If possible, I try to get there right before or just afterward.
When I first moved here four years ago, they closed at 2PM and were closed on the weekends. I give them a lot of credit for being aware of the changing aspects of the area and reacting appropiately. They now stay open to 9 and open on Saturdays til 3PM.
