We'll be volunteering at a few places during the day and the Lovely Dining Companion is looking for a nice place to go for dinner on Sunday, Christmas Day. She has no family here, we can't get back home to LA for her, and so I'm looking to see if I can't help her celebrate.
I think we'd probably prefer the city or Evanston (starting point is Andersonville) and nice without being "expensive." Perhaps a better way to say that is nice without being too "dressy." I don't want to be any more specific than that in the hope that vagueness will encourage responses that I might not ordinarily consider. No restrictions as to type of food.
TIA
