Post-Valentine's Brunch

Does anyone know a good place to get breakfast or brunch on a weekday that has a more romantic setting than, say, The Bongo Room or Hot Spot? My girlfriend and I both have Wednesdays off, and I wanted to go someplace fancy-schmancy on the fifteenth, right after Valentine's Day. I'd heard about brunch at the Seasons Cafe, but apparently that only occurs on weekends. That's the kind of experience I'm looking for, though - good food and elegant atmosphere. Any ideas?

You've got the right idea. Go to the Seasons Cafe, or some other fancy hotel dining room. They all serve elegent breakfast 7 days/week. The only thing is, it's only brunch on Sundays (or sometimes Saturday)...but who cares, it's still a good/fancy breakfast.
