I have 20 employees in my company. For lunch, I picked up La Quebrada some pans of food from La Quebrada, the one at Roosevelt and Cicero. We had pork in adobo sauce, steak fajitas, rice, beans, chips and salsa. It cost about $130.00 to feed everyone.
The adobo sauce with the pork was excellent. The adobo sauce is especially good over the rice and beans as well.
The steak fajitas were very good as well.
The employees loved it. This is definitely something that I will do at least once a month. Any suggestions for what I should get next time?
