No. If you're going with a large party. I would arrive early (or late). The tables are pseudo-communal and get crowded fast.

I'm 93.4% sure Avec does not take reservations. I try to go either early or late, never at prime time.

Not sure if they will still have them, but last time we were at Avec the outstanding, out of many very good dishes, were Roasted Beets with burrata and basil. Pan fried sardines with crispy jamon serrano and olive tapenade and the large plate of Roasted pork shoulder with green chili sofrito were also incredible.

Of course, the salumi and cheeses were wonderful, but you already knew that.
