Sunday Brunch/Lunch rec needed for Lakeview area

My husband and I are meeting my brother-in-law on Sunday for brunch/lunch and we are in need for a rec for a casual spot. We have been to Wishbone but are looking to go some place new.

It also needs to lend to conversation as we are about to remodel our house and plans need to be discussed (my brother-in-law is also our architect). We don't need space to spread out the plans...just a place we can talk and have good food. Please no Indian or Chinese this time around.

Any ideas would be great.
