Lawrence & Leavitt - Any clue?

The long - and I do mean long - process of rehabbing the building on the northwest corner of Lawerence and Leavitt seems to still be going on, but what eatery is oing to fill this long vacant space? As I live a few blocks from the building, I walk by it several times a week. For a long time, a sign saying another Cy's - this one being a raw bar - was going in that spot. That sign is long gone. For a while it seemed the entire building was just going to be offices, but my wife was walking by the other day and noticed them building what appeared to be a bar. Anybody have the skinny on this space? Thanks.
