The Blackhawk

My family will be convening in Chicago later this month for something of a family reunion, and we need to pick a restaurant for dinner. Don Roth's Blackhawk on Wabash was a favorite of my great-grandmother's (like many of her generation, I assume), and I thought it would be a nice idea to have dinner at the Blackhawk in Wheeling, both for old times' sake and to honor her memory. I've grown up hearing stories about the spinning bowl salad, and I'm in the mood to try!

Has anyone been to the Wheeling location recently? What's the report?

It's all but unchanged since it first opened in the suburbs, I imagine, with lots of memorabilia from the original, a great patio, nice steaks and the spinning salad bowl.
