Viet Bistro- Loyola Area?

Post #1 - August 16th, 2006, 10:12 amHaving recently done a mini-guide to Loyola (Lakeshore campus) area eats, I was interested to see that a new restaurant is planned for the north side of Devon and Glenwood. According to the sign in the window, the new place is to be "Viet Bistro." Anyone got the scoop on this?Man : I can't understand how a poet like you can eat that stuff.

I live around the corner from what is going to be Viet Bistro. It appears still in the midst of construction. Once I get my camera back from being repaired, I'll post pics of their progress.
