Shalimar : New Indo-Pak Cabbie Joint

A new Indo-Pak cabbie joint called Shalimar recently opened in the very heart of the Cabrini-Green public housing project.*

I haven't been yet, but (fwiw) a cab driver familiar with all of the other similar establishments in the area compared it favourably.
