Thoughts near the Burnham?

My wife and I are celebrating our 10th in late Sept. and are looking at our options near the Burnham Hotel. We'll do the Atwood for b-fast. For dinner we're looking at places like Topolobampo (love it, but they don't have a table until 8:45 for us!) and MK (we've got a reservation, but previous threads on it have us a touch concerned). We considered Custom House, but I think we're not into the steakhouse idea right now (although ask me again in a few weeks!). I just thought of Blackbird, too. Any other faves in that 1-mile radius that are really nice for an anniversary dinner? We're not looking for a 3-hour degustation, but still something special.

I think Custom House is often improperly characterized as a steakhouse (maybe it's the name). If you look at the dinner menu (pdf linked below), you will see that steaks are actually only a small part of what they offer (there are only 3 steaks listed). However, CH is certainly more oriented towards meatatarians than its sister venues.
