Panama City, FL Recommendations?

I have to go to Panama City this week for work and am looking for awesome local recommendations so that I don't have to eat a $12 room service burger.

There is a retro diner with neon lights on the main drag there that was pretty good. We went in late one night, they were the only place open, and there were six college-aged boys that just rubbed me the wrong way and after they ate a ton of food and running the waitress ragged, they all ran out without paying. We gave her an extra large tip.
