New Glarus Brewery

Some friends and I are planning a road trip in 3 weeks. We are going to visit the New Glarus Brewery in New Glarus, WI. We plan on having lunch at Tofflers Bar & Grill, then do the tour, and then go to Puempels Olde Tavern. We have been told that the food selection is better at Tofflers and the beer selection is better at Puempels. But we are not sure about the validity of that info.

Any comments or better suggestions would be appreciated.
