I should have added this to my post just above, but we liked Lynn's so much when we were last in Kentucky that we managed to have three meals there (on different days): breakfast, lunch and dinner, and you are correct in that the food is quite good: the kitschy decor isn't the only reason to visit. I recall having some sort of pecan-encrusted fish -- probably trout, but maybe walleye -- which is a fairly standard presentation but was really well done, so much so that I still remember it. The excellent sides didn't hurt either -- greens and fried potatoes, I believe. So yes, Lynn's is worth another visit for the food as well as the atmosphere (my favorite Hot Brown was had there, too).
