If anyone is coming to Boston over the coming weeks, a bunch of new restaurants have opened. Here is a partial list:
-- Addis Red Sea, Cambridge (Ethiopian)
-- China Pearl, Quincy (Chinese)
-- Coda, Boston (comfort food)
-- Danny's Diner, Somerville (diner)
-- Firefly's, Quincy (BBQ)
-- Flippin' Burgers, Newton Centre (burgers)
-- Gaslight, Boston (French)
-- Grille Zone, Boston (burgers)
-- KO Prime, Boston (steakhouse)
-- New Trend Eatery, Allston (Chinese)
-- Mango Grill, Watertown (Latin)
-- Mooo, Boston (steakhouse)
-- Mrs. Jones, Dorchester (soul food)
-- Potluck Cafe, Boston (Chinese)
-- Salvatore's, Boston (Italian)
-- Smoken' Joe's, Brighton (BBQ)
-- Sushi-Teq, Boston (sushi and salsa bar)
-- Suvarnabhumi Kiri, Allston (Cambodian and Thai)
-- Taipei Tokyo, Somerville (Chinese and Japanese)
-- Wagamama, Cambridge (noodle house)
Many on this list just opened, so I've only tried a few, including Salvatore's (good food, but need to work kinks out), Mrs. Jones (excellent entrees, including the best pork chop I've had in years), and Firefly's (disappointing food overall).
