Mother's Day in the Twin Cities

I have my favorite places in the Twins, but would love to take the wife, brother-in-law, and mother-in-law someplace lesser-trammelled this weekend. Do any locals, or Chicagoans with MN connections, know of places that do anything special for Mom's Day, or on the flipside, good spots that are overlooked for dining holidays? Thanks in advance!

Vincent is in our top tier of restaurants and is always under the radar. I was there for lunch recently and noticed they have a Mothers' Day Brunch. Here's the link to the menu:
