late night eats in the bay area?

i will be spending labor day weekend in and around san francisco... landing in sf friday night around 9:20pm and staying with friends in freemont. at least one activity packed day will be spent in napa. i'd really appreciate any tasty dining options in all of those areas, preferably late night and budget friendly. thanks!
