Heavy rains and blocked Interstates had us get off I-70W before getting into Wheeling WV.
We ate at "Annie's Cafe" -- between the 11 and 10 mile markers on the frontage road (their ad doesn't have an address).
Good burgers: the Bacon Blue has both items folded into the patty, and the Blazin' has banana peppers in it, plus pepper cheese and a ranch/hot sauce mix on top. A little overcooked, but big patty on the griddle, comes with fries or sweet potato fries -- both fresh cut, plus cole slaw (tasty) or applesauce for $5!

Cheap, homemade eats, and the opportunity to drink and play video slots.
It's only been open a few weeks, but we were lucky to find it.
What is patriotism, but the love of good things we ate in our childhood?
