Kollnau, Germany

My furnace went down the other day (you know...when it was 18 degrees), and after my favorite fix it man finished the job we sat down to talk food. Clearly this gentleman and his wife had a first class experience in Germany that I thought I'd share with you. The place is a chalet/restaurant located in the heart of the Black Forest. It was fun to hear how he really tried to describe what he ate, but it all just ended up as awesome...fantastic. Anyway, take a look for yourself. I've included the link.
