Well worth a quick stop in if you are on the way to Green Bay to see the Pack stomp on "Da Bears".
A wall of various flavor jerkys (mostly beef and Turkey) on one wall, more exotic in the coolers. Local sausages (the venison and cheese slicing type sausage is great), a table of free samples, etc.

Some local pickled/preserved items (Hippy Wayne's Pickles were good), a small amount of spices, and bulk scoop your own sawdust in many flavors for $2.99/lb.

Processing equipment as well, but I didn't price it since I have more than I need and had to be elsewhere soon. I just stopped in due to a billboard advertising the place since I had not heard about it.

I just got an email that they are having an exotic meat cookout on may 9th from 5:pm until 7:pm.
Camel, rabbit, venison "and more". I'm sure we all ave had rabbit and venison, but camel would be new for me.
Apparently they also sponsor a race car which will be making an appearance.
