So, l have been a busy boy of late. In addition to dealing with some medical things, I went to San Francisco and Lake Tahoe.

My friend Phil, who has the way cool job of being the personal chef at Wired Magazine, took me to the Ferry Building Market. It was like walking with a rock star as various venders shouted his name and handed him samples of their wares.

We snagged some tasty tamales and limades...

Everything was organic; the beef had a bit of a tang to it while the corn added an unexpected crunch that made me wonder why I never add corn to my tamales....

Scored some green plums for my better half and sampled lots of really fresh produce. Phil told me it was a great day to experience the Market, (he does go weekly).

More to come, as time permits....
    Enjoy, because we did.... :D

You're a much better photographer than me.

I partiicularly enjoyed the free range grilled steak sandwich from a vendor on the back patio back in June...

That afternoon, I enjoyed some fresh figs stuffed with a tangy aged goat cheese.

    A lovely city indeed.

Actually, I bought an extra tamale as a prop to take picures of while we ate. I probably took 50-60 pictures and the one's that I truly wanted to come out, of Mr. Delk enjoying the food, did not turn out...
