Post #1 - February 5th, 2006, 7:25 pmVery authentic. No liquor. We had many dishes that we usually have at a Szechuan resturant. The Ma Po tofu was very good. The dried chili chicken was outstanding but had the bones. And fish flavored eggplant was equally outstanding. We had these dishes in Beijing.
