Here's a report on 2 restaurants in Port Angeles, Washington State.

Cafe Gardens - nice fish. Every plate comes with the same veggies and sides, but they were very nice. We both had braised King Salmon, which was quite good. They mostly have dishes with a lot of ingredients, but the king salmon was pretty simple and good. They also have steak, pasta, chicken.

Wildfire - they have a big woodburning oven, and we got their pizza. The pizza was good, but the crust was puffier, thicker, and less crisp than I would have liked. They made nice big salads, and even though they don't say so, you can order pizzas with different ingredients than specified on the menu. Tasty. Make a reservation, they are small. They have steak, seafood, etc, a small but reasonable menu. Make a reservation, they are small.
