I'm a recent transplant to Denver, and missing Blue Ribbon in Arlington, MA. Anybody have any suggestions for really good BBQ in the Denver area? The only thing that I've tried was Brothers, which didn't impress me - dry and not all that flavorful.

The best BBQ in the Denver area has been on my deck ever since I became a disciple of Gwiv's Weber Smokey Mountain 5-step program! (www.wiviott.com) The next best thing that I've found is KT's Bar-B-Que. The original location is in East Boulder. Slightly closer to you would be their Broomfield restaurant. I've found their brisket and pulled pork to be moist and smokey and they also do a hell of a job with links. Excellent sauce, too. Have not tried their ribs.
