St. Lucia

I will be going to St. Lucia in a little over a month and was wondering if anyone has any food recommendations. I will be staying in the Rodney Bay area but we will have a car and are always willing to travel for a good meal, be it lunch or dinner. Thanks in advance for any recommendations.

I can't give any restaurant recs as we stayed at an all-inclusive (Sandals Halcyon) but you are going to LOVE St. Lucia! It is the most beautiful place I've ever visited, and the people were lovely. I'm envious!

We stayed at Anse Chastanet a few years back, loved the food there (although the local birds tend to be pushy at breakfast). We spent the first night in Castries, but can't remember where we ate.
